This wonderful holiday home is ideally located for an unforgettable stay in Alta Badia. Surrounded by sunny meadows, overlooking one of the most spectacular views of the Dolomites, it is located a few steps from the town center of La Val, in the heart of Alta Badia.
Do you dream of days full of adrenaline on the ski slopes of the Dolomites? Or scenic bike tours? Or perhaps you plan long hikes in the woods and paths of Alta Badia? Whatever your wishes, the Lüch de Crusteles apartments are the starting point perfect for discovering this wonderful valley and its extraordinary nature in total freedom beauty. Furthermore, for those wishing to learn more about life on the farm, it is possible to visit the stable with our animals (cows, dogs, cats…) by appointment. The products of our farm, such as milk and eggs, can be requested by our guests. Guests also have access to private parking, boot warmers and washing machines. Also outside a large garden and a playground for children invite you to enjoy the long summer days in tranquility.

The holiday home Lüch de Crusteles in La Val in Alta Badia offers guests a holiday with flavor. In the three brand new apartments, inaugurated in 2020, the refined and bright rooms create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. All apartments are tastefully furnished, in a modern style, where wood is the absolute protagonist and gives, with its intoxicating scent, warmth and well-being to your stay. Each apartment is fully equipped in each small detail and designed to offer maximum comfort at all times. In the kitchen you will find, in addition to utensils and tableware, a dishwasher, microwave oven, water boiler and a coffee machine. The bedroom and bathroom area are equipped with linen, towels and hairdryer. All the apartments have underfloor heating and Wi-Fi, as well as balconies, sunny, south-facing and overlooking the splendid Ladin Dolomites.

Summer and winter season
Prices are indicated per apartment and day (standard occupancy of 2 persons).
Discounts for children:
- up to 2.99 years 100% reduction
- from 3 to 6.99 years 50% reduction
- from 7 to 13.99 years 20% reduction.
In any case, don't hesitate to request a personal offer that, whenever possible, would take into account your special requirements.
All prices include:
VAT, water, heating, electricity, outdoor parking, final cleaning, bed linen with weekly change, towels with weekly change, WI-FI connection, ski/bike deposit, shared washing machine, home library, depending on season and availability: aromatic herbs, vegetables and fruit from our garden.
To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax of EUR 2,30 € per person (over 14 years old) per day.
Additional services:
bread service, delivery of milk and eggs from the farm, washing machine for a fee.
Payment:
When confirming your reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit equal to 25% of the booking amount within the following 5 days. The reservation is considered final only after payment of the required deposit. If the deposit is not paid within the aforementioned terms, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation by tacit agreement. Please pay the final bill the night before departure. Payment of the final bill can be made in cash (only euros, for a maximum of 1.999.99 euros) or by bank transfer by the day before departure or by check. The payment by check must be communicated on the day of arrival and on the same day the delivery of the check must take place.

Cancellation conditions:
For late arrivals, early departures or other changes to the reservation, entire payment will still be required.
Cancellation policy:
- More than 3 weeks before arrival, no penalty (the deposit will be refunded up to 100%)
- 3 weeks before arrival and less, the deposit will be retained
Check-in and check-out:
The apartments will be at your disposal from 1.00 pm to 9.00 pm on the day of arrival (after 21:00, please inform us in advance). On the day of departure we ask you to free the apartments by 09.00 am.
No smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
Visits:
Guests should inform the owners about all visitors if they don’t stay in one of our apartments.
Pets:
Pets are accepted by paying a supplement of 10.00 Euros per day.
Travel insurance:
We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation, early termination or late arrival.

In the heart of La Val, the perfect place for a dream holiday
The Lüch de Crusteles apartments represent the optimal starting point for living in total freedom in Val Badia. The bus stop is only 300 meters away. If you want to spend a day in the village in La Val you will find several grocery stores, bars and restaurants, museums to visit and many other leisure activities. In winter, the beating heart of the Dolomites, with their perfectly prepared slopes, every year it attracts lovers of winter sports. The cross-country ski track in Armentara, the toboggan run in Rit and the wonderful ski slopes ... you will be spoiled for choice! The ski-bus stop is right in front of the house! In summer, Val Badia welcomes visitors on its green slopes, along inviting paths in the enchanted nature of the Dolomites. In fact, since 2015 La Val has received as first municipality in South Tyrol, the recognition of the land of European hikers.
How to get there: Coming from Brunico, follow the road to Pederoa, then turn left and continue for about 2.5 km to the town of La Val. Once in the village, continue after the church for 300 meters towards Strada Santa Berbura, and the farm is on your right. If you decide to reach our farm by public transport, it will be our pleasure to come to pick you at at your nearest stop and take you back on the day of departure.
